Terms of service

Kettlehive is online software for running a gym: memberships, payments and invoices, attendance, enquiries, staff accounts and an app for your members. We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove a core feature you pay for without notice.

New gyms get a 15-day free trial with full access. No card is needed. When the trial ends, your dashboard becomes read-only until you subscribe. Your data is not deleted, and your members can still use their app.

• Prices are shown on our website and in your dashboard, in Indian rupees. Your plan depends on the number of members you manage.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly. Payment is by UPI to the account shown in your dashboard.
• If a payment is late, you keep full access for 3 days; after that the dashboard becomes read-only until payment is made.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A change applies from your next billing period.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and the staff accounts you create.
• Give accurate information, and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the gym.

• You own the data you put into Kettlehive. You can export it as CSV at any time.
• You are responsible for having a lawful reason and, where needed, consent to add your members' personal data, and for answering your members' data requests. We handle that data only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
• Invoices are created from the details you enter. You are responsible for their accuracy and for your own tax obligations, including GST.

Do not use Kettlehive to break the law, send spam, upload harmful code, try to access another gym's data, or overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We work to keep Kettlehive available and to back up data, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We will try to schedule maintenance outside gym hours and tell you about planned downtime.

Kettlehive is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You can stop using Kettlehive at any time; export your data first. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or stays unpaid, after giving notice where reasonable. After closure, data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if unresolved, the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. For significant changes we will email gym owners in advance. Questions: contact us.
